The recommended staff start & end time is for staff to arrive at least a half hour before an event to allow time to set up, and stay a half an hour after an event to allow time to break down and clean up.
This time will increase as the guest count and the complexity of an event increases.
For mobile bartending catering, we will need to determine the staff start & end time, unless there is only a specific, suitable set-up and break-down time available.
