We include everything needed to set up a bar and serve drinks.

The following equipment is Included free in each bartending package:

6'x30" Tables with Black Linen (for the bar), Plastic Cups (clear, tall & short tumbler style, wine style, champagne style, etc.), Bar Caddy’s, Drink Stirrers, Trays, Napkins, Ice Buckets, Ice Tubs (to chill product), Drink Shakers, Ice Scoops, Wine keys, Cutting Boards / Fruit Knives, other Barware, Bar Mats, Trash & Recycling Bags.

The cost to add real glassware starts at $350, plus delivery/pick up fee, and taxes. Disposable cups are included free.

You may request any type of alcohol brands for your bar package. Prices may increase.

There is a $2,000 minimum for mobile bartending catering, not including the cost for staff, rental equipment (other than what we provide for free), and taxes.

Ice is included in all bar packages.

The cost to add Cava or Prosecco (unless already included) to any package starts at $7 per person.

The cost to add True Champagne to any package starts at $25 per person.

If you are on a budget, let us know the budget and what's needed and we will try to create a package that stays at the budget.

The costs below are for bars that are open up to 3 hours.

The costs go up between $4 and $10 per person for each additional hour beyond this.
