The recommended staff start & end time is for staff to arrive at least a half hour before an event to allow time to set up, and stay a half an hour after an event to allow time to break down / clean up.

This time will increase as the guest count and the complexity of an event increases.

For mobile bartending catering, we will need to determine the staff start & end time, unless there is only a specific, suitable set-up and break-down time available.

We no longer list our phone number due to a large number of spam calls.
